The Moline Code of Ordinances ("Code") can be found online. The Code is routinely codified as ordinances are adopted by the Moline City Council. Copies of the Code are also available for viewing at the City Clerk’s office, City Hall, 619 16th Street, Moline, IL 61265.  The City Clerk may be reached at 309.524.2004.
