The City will hold two public meetings at the Moline City Hall, 619 16 Street, 2nd floor, Council Chambers: Thursday, September 4, 2014, 5:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Committee of the Whole (COW), Wednesday, October 22, 2014, 5:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. This is also an opportunity for public input on our 2015 – 2019 Consolidated Plan.
