Use Rep'd to hear from Moline officials

Moline residents wishing to hear directly from city staff on nearly any issue involving city projects, policies or procedures now have an exciting new way to create two-way conversations with their government officials.

Today, Moline is launching Rep’d – a video Q&A platform – designed to connect constituents with staff through short, personalized video answers. All residents need to do is visit the page at repd.us/moline, pose a question and wait until a staff member has the opportunity to create a video response. All residents are immediately notified when their question has been answered via an email sent to their inbox.

Rep’d gives every resident in the community a microphone and an easy way to engage city officials.

“We think this is a unique, helpful and engaging tool to help keep the residents of Moline fully aware and engaged in all the things going on in our city,” said Moline City Administrator Bob Vitas. “Transparency matters to us. What our residents think and need matters to us. We believe Rep’d will help make sure everyone in the Moline community is heard, informed and has a personal connection to city leadership.”
