2022 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Sub-Recipient Grant Program Applications
The City of Moline, through the Citizens Advisory Council on Urban Policy (CACUP) and the City Council, offers sub-recipient grant funds for projects and activities that serve targeted populations or have a community-wide benefit. Funds are available to public and private organizations.
CDBG funds are made available by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Applications are made available annually and awarded for the following fiscal year. CDBG funds are used for community development and affordable housing activities that benefit low-income households and persons with special needs, as well as public service needs, infrastructure improvements, and economic development activities.
CDBG funding is anticipated to be around $100,000 for 2022. All grant requests must be for a minimum of $10,000. Applications for year 2022 of the City of Moline CDBG program are due Friday, May 28, 2021, 4:30 p.m.
