City of Moline Mayor Stephanie Acri has declared a “snow emergency” effective immediately. As a consequence of this declaration of a “snow emergency,” residents are reminded that, as required by City Ordinance, they need to move their parked vehicles off of the designated “snow routes” to assist in the snow removal effort.
