City of Moline offices will be closed on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29, 2019, in observance of Thanksgiving. There will be no garbage/recycling collection on Thursday. Thursday and Friday collection will be one day late. If you have a Water or Sewer emergency during the holiday, please call 309-524-2300. All City offices will resume regular business hours, Monday, December 2, 2019.
