The Community Development Department strives to create a healthy and strong city community with beautiful neighborhoods and a thriving economy. The department provides a full array of economic development, planning and zoning, and neighborhood and housing improvement services.

Location and Staff Availability

We are located on the first floor of Moline City Hall and open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Division hours vary. Zoning & land development staff are generally available from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm with all other staff are available from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
