A City of Moline Liquor License is required of any business that purchases, sells, or serves alcoholic liquor. Applicants pay a one-time application fee of $3000, as well as a pro-rated annual fee. Licensing fees are listed within the Classifications section of Chapter 4, "ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR," of the Moline Code of Ordinances.
Annual liquor licensee training is provided via webinar, available via the link below. Training must be completed prior to renewal on September 30.
