Moline residents can now view Mayor Welvaert’s 2010 State of the City address on Mediacom Channel 18. The seventeen minute State of the City address will be broadcast daily at the following times:

6:00 am
9:00 am
Noon
7:00 pm
12:00 am

Mayor Welvaert delivered his 2010 State of the City address at the joint Moline Rotary and Moline Kiwanis meeting on Monday, January 18. The address highlights the accomplishments made in 2009 and conveys the city’s vision and goals for 2010.
