MAYOR TO DELIVER 2009 STATE OF THE CITY ADDRESS

Mayor Don Welvaert will deliver his 2009 State of the City address at the joint Moline Rotary and Moline Kiwanis meeting at 12:30 on Monday, January 12, at Calvary Church of the Quad Cities, 4700 – 53rd Street, Moline. The meeting is open to the public.

During his address, Mayor Welvaert will highlight the accomplishments in 2008 and convey the city’s vision and goals for 2009. A question/answer session will be held after the mayor’s address.

Mayor Welvaert will be available for interviews immediately following the joint meeting.
