Moline to Host Meet and Greet for Rental Property Owners

The City of Moline will host a Meet and Greet for Rental Property owners on Wednesday, April 29, at 5:30 pm, at the Moline Public Library, 3210 – 41st Street. City staff will discuss Moline’s Rental Housing Inspections Program, and will share many ways in which the City is available to assist its rental property owners. Residents who currently own rental property or who may be considering the purchase of rental property in the future are invited to attend this free session.

Discussion topics include:

• Effectiveness of rental property inspections
• Minimum property maintenance guidelines
• Responsibilities of property owners
• Common violations of property owners
• Rental rehab assistance
