Moline Announces Homebuyer Assistance Program

WANTED! Families who want to achieve the dream of home ownership! As part of the American Dream Down Payment Initiative Program (ADDI), the City of Moline has received funding to assist low income households with the purchase of single family homes. ADDI funds will be used to provide purchase assistance of either $10,000 or 6% of the purchase price, whichever is greater. All households must have incomes less than or equal to 80% of the area median income.

This program was made possible through grant funds received from the Illinois Housing Development Authority.
