Homebuyer Assistance / Rehab
About the Program
The Planning and Development Department provides home buyer assistance through activities and programs offered by the Community Development Division. The City of Moline assists home buyers with:
  • A 0% deferred, forgivable loan of up to $8,500 for down payment and closing cost assistance
  • A 0% deferred, forgivable loan of up to $34,500 for down payment, closing costs, and rehabilitation work
