Overview
The Citizens Advisory Council on Urban Policy (CACUP) was created in 1975 to make recommendations to City Council regarding the distribution of local Community Development Block Grant funds. The members of this committee represent a diversified cross section of the community and are appointed by the Mayor with advice and consent from the City Council.
