About Moline Parks
Parks & Trails
The Moline Parks and Recreation Department operates 28 parks comprised of more than 700 acres. This includes Riverside Aquatics Center, GreenValley Sports Complex, Ben Butterworth Memorial Parkway, Sylvan Island Nature Area, two municipal Cemeteries, over 17 miles of trails, neighborhood parks, and much more. See the complete list of parks and trails to learn more about all Moline has to offer. There is no smoking in any of the city parks or facilities.  Please be considerate of other park users.

Mission Statement
To enhance community wellness and quality of life by providing diverse recreational experiences, exceptional park programs, and well-maintained facilities.

The mission statement was adopted November 30, 2011.

We make Moline a fun and healthy place to live, work, and play.

The vision was adopted January 24, 2012.
