The
Q.C. Fitness
Fest
is an event for anyone 15 years or older.
Participants will compete in a timed strength and
endurance course that will consists of multiple events
such as the Sled Pull, Pull-Ups, Waterball Toss,
Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Farmers Walk, and a 1 mile run. On
the day of the event (Oct. 9th) participants can also
take advantage of free walk in exercise sessions
provided by Chirofitness Xtreme. There will also
be a bench your weight competition, which you must pre
register for. So, get a team together and sign up
today!

Mission Statement:
The Moline Park and Recreation Department, in order to
meet the needs of the community, strives to efficiently
and effectively provide the highest quality of
recreational programs and facilities to enhance the
quality of life of its citizens.
Description of Department and Services:
Take Time To Play! The Moline Park & Recreation Department
works hard to provide community enjoyment. With over 20
parks, recreational facilities, and cemeteries, the
activities available are endless! From picnics to sports,
the Park Department takes pride in providing clean,
well-maintained landscapes and facilities for every event.
In addition, the Moline Activity Center offers programs
and activities for retired and semi-retired adults.
Detailed information on park / facility amenities and
hours is available on the Department’s web pages.
Individuals or groups also interested in improving and
enhancing Moline parks can apply to “adopt a park” through
the Adopt-a-Park program.
