Automatic Payment Plan
The City of Moline is
pleased to offer its customers the convenience of our
Automatic Payment Plan. The service is free, and customers
who enroll in the program enjoy the convenience of having
payments for their water / sewer bills automatically
withdrawn from their checking or savings accounts each
quarter.
To enroll in the program,
simply complete the Authorization Card and return it to
the City of Moline Accounts and Finance Office along with
a voided check or deposit slip.
A confirmation letter will
be sent informing you of the date your account will become
active in the program. (Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for your
account to become active in the program.)
You will continue to
receive your quarterly water/sewer bills. The lower left
hand corner of the bill will read “Bank Draft – Do Not
Pay.”
Payment for the bill will
be automatically deducted from your checking or savings
account on the due date of the bill.
The authorization will
remain in effect until you terminate your water/sewer
service, or until you notify us to cancel the
pre-authorized payment. Notice to cancel the automatic
payment must be submitted in writing to the City of Moline
Accounts and Finance Office at least 10 business days
prior to the due date of your next bill.
