1. Can I reserve a park shelter or indoor facility for a party or event?

Yes. Shelter reservations are available May 1 through September 30. Reservations are accepted beginning May 1 of the prior year. You can rent indoor facilities most of the year depending on the facility. For more information about reservations or special park use, see the Facility Rental page or contact the department at 309.524.2424 or by email.

2. How do I sign up for a program?

You can sign up for programs four different ways:

• Call in to our registration desk at 309.524.2424
• Fax a registration form to us at 309.524.2426
• Walk in Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm at 3635 4th Avenue
• Mail in a registration form with payment to:
  3635 4th Ave
  Moline, IL 61265

3. Who do I call to get a tree in my yard / boulevard trimmed?

Trees on public property or rights of way are cared for by the forestry program. Please contact Rodd Schick at 309.524.2410 for more information.

For program rainout information, call 309.524.2425 and you'll be directed to your specific program.
