The Bluffs Neighborhood Watch Group formed in 2011. The group has held an annual clean-up, conducted neighborhood strolls to check for sidewalks in need of repair, and installed neighborhood watch signs and five alley lights. Several sidewalks are scheduled to be repaired this summer. The Bluffs group is participating in the upcoming Spring clean-up along with planting of flowers. Plans are also underway for adopting the 15th Street business area within their boundaries.
Other activities include a neighborhood picnic and holiday get-together, which provide an opportunity for neighbors to get to know each other and make future plans for the neighborhood.
Neighborhood boundaries are the South side of 12th Avenue to the North side of 16th Avenue; and the East side of 12th Street to the West side of 15th Street.
