• Business Marketing
• Business Insurance
• Business Rehab Improvements
• Lease (Rent) Payments (6 months max) 
• Required local, state and federal license
• Business Mortgage Payments (6 months max)
• Working Capital
• Utilities 
  • Gas, Electric, Cable, Internet, Business Phone
  • Water – NA
