40 Love, LLC has developed the vacant parking lot at 1901 7th Street into Kick Serve Coffee. Kick Serve Coffee is a 300 square foot double drive through coffee shop accessed off of 19th Avenue and 7th Street. The coffee shop is drive through or walk up service only.
