Ashley Furniture by way of developer, Furinture Mart, is remodeling 30,000 square feet of space at Southpark Mall and will add a new exterior storefront near the mall’s 16th Street entrance. The store will occupy the former Furnish 123, Garfield’s, and Wetzel’s Pretzels spaces.
